Biography: Christian Bradner Vandervoort was born on April 11, 1770 and died on November 23, 1834. She married John Vandervoort who was born on January 22, 1769 and died on March 25, 1822.

Here is how this goes: Christian Bradner (b. Apr. 11,1770 ; d. Mar. 23,1822), dau. of Colville Bradner Jr. marr. John Vandervoort (b. Jan. 22,1789 ; d. Mar. 25,1822). They had 6 children: Thomas, Julia, Eleanor, Sarah, John, and Hannah. John Vandervoort's father was Dr. Thomas Vandervoort, son of John Vandervoort and Antje Van Dyke. Thomas Van Dyke was the father of Antje. John Vandervoorts mother was Arrieta Ten Eyck, dau. of Mathias Ten Eyck and Nelly (Eleanor) Tunison. Nelly's parents were Cornelius Tunison and Noel Tje. Biography: Sarah Ann Bradner Minthorn was born on June 20, 1772 in Orange County, NY; and died on January 12, 1840 also in Orange County, NY.  She married Joseph Minthorn in 1790; who was born in 1764 and died on September 1, 1847.  Joseph Minthorn’s parents were Captain John Minthorn & Christian Poppino.

Biography: John Bradner was born on August 8, 1781 and died on August 18, 1831 and is buried in Bradner Cem, Bellevale, Orange, NY. He married Mary Robertson on 12/27/1805.  Mary was born on February 11, 1784 and died on February 27, 1863; also in Bradner Cem, Bellevale, Orange, NY.  Mary’s parents were John Robertson & Sarah Brower of Warwick, Orange, NY.

John and Mary had 13 children:

 

Biography: James N. Bradner was born on November 17, 1782 and died on July 31, 1852 in Warwick, Orange, NY; buried Baptist Cem, Warwick.  He married Margaret Roe on February 22, 1808. Margaret was born on April 10, 1787 and died on February 9, 1861. Her parents were Nathaniel Roe and Bathsheba Dunning (daughter of Jacob Dunning).

James and Margaret had 5 children:

 

Biography: Benjamin Bradner was born on March 20, 1785 in Orange County, NY and died on April 9, 1863 in of Warwick, Orange, NY ; bur Baptist Cem, Warwick.  He married Charity Mills, 12/23/1809.  Charity was born 11/09/1790 and died 07/31/1837 in Warwick, Orange, NY; bur Baptist Cem, Warwick.  Benjamin later married Mary Sly (b. 10/15/1790 Warwick, Orange, NY d.12/02/1846).   Mary’s parents were Conrad Sly & Anna Ward.  He took his third wife, Elizabeth Demorest 05/06/1847 in Warwick, Orange, NY.  Elizabeth (b. 03/11/1809 d. 08/15/1879)

Biography: Julia Bradner was born on February 13, 1788 and died on April 9, 1848.  She married William Emmons.

 

Biography: Mary Bradner was born on November 6, 1789 and died on November 10, 1810.  She married Alvin H. Brown on November 12, 1807 in Warwick, Orange County, NY.

 

Biography: Margaret Bradner was born on January 2, 1792 and died on May 7, 1832.  She married John Gregg on Oct. 28, 1809.

 

Biography: Colville (Colvin?) Bradner III was born on February 7, 1795.  He married Abigail (Abbie) Benedict (b.April 8, 1798) on Jan. 24, 1816.

Colvin and Abbie had 1 child:

 

Biography: Coe Gale Bradner was born on February 2, 1797 and died in 1872 at age 75.  He was an attorney in Mt. Hope, NY.  He married someone with the last name of Carpenter.

Coe and his wife had 4 children:

 

Biography: Samuel Denton Bradner was born on April 7, 1800 in Warwick, Orange, NY ; Owned farm in Wellington, OH.  He died April 30, 1875 in Cleveland, OH ; bur Huntington Cem, OH.  He married Louisa Benedict Holland (b. 05/08/1807 – d. 09/14/1870) on October 28, 1824 in Chester, MA.
